Lagos State Governor Sanwo-Olu Calls for Thorough Investigation into Mohbad's Passing

 Governor Sanwo-Olu disclosed that he has requested the involvement of the Department of State Services (DSS) in collaboration with the police to enhance the ongoing probe. He emphasized the need to utilize cutting-edge technology and inter-agency cooperation to uncover the truth surrounding the unfortunate event.

The governor urged anyone possessing crucial information related to the incident to come forward and assist in the investigation, assuring confidentiality and protection for witnesses. He further called for calm among the deceased's friends and fans, asking them to refrain from making prejudicial conclusions. He extended heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, colleagues, and fans, emphasizing the importance of honoring Mohbad's memory by respecting due process.

The Lagos State government also issued a statement confirming the governor's decision to involve the DSS in the investigation, highlighting the seriousness and dedication of the authorities in pursuing the truth behind Mohbad's passing.
