Miraculous Survival: Nigerian Man, Ekanem, Commemorates 7th Anniversary of Harrowing Armed Robbery Attack

In a remarkable testament to resilience, Nigerian citizen Ekanem reflects on the seven-year anniversary of surviving a brutal armed robbery assault in Akwa Ibom State. The harrowing incident transpired on September 19, 2016, during Ekanem's tenure as a driver for the chairman of Etinan Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State.

"On this day 7 years ago, I was attacked and shot all over my body, but God came through for me. 9 bullets, 3 surgeries. Lord I am Grateful," Ekanem shared on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.

He recounted the events of that fateful day, stating, "On the 19th of September 2016, I was working with the executive chairman of Etinan LGA in Akwa Ibom state. On our way to the office from the bank, some people drove close to us and started shooting at us. The police orderly was killed at the spot. But God saved a common man."

Ekanem, once just an ordinary driver, miraculously survived being shot multiple times throughout his body, leaving everyone astonished at his resilience. He emphasizes, "9 bullets, 3 surgeries. God is the greatest."
