Father of Late Singer Mohbad Clarifies Naira Marley's Role in Son's Passing

In a recent interview, Mr. Joseph Aloba, the father of the late singer Oladimeji Aloba, known as Mohbad, expressed that Naira Marley should not be held responsible for his son's demise.

Mr. Aloba clarified that Naira Marley was not present at the time of his son Mohbad's passing. He described Mohbad as a close friend, helper, and a vital figure in their family. When questioned about the circumstances of Mohbad's death, Mr. Aloba revealed a concerning dream he had the day before the tragedy.

He recounted seeing a person with a gun near his house in the dream, prompting him to stay home and pray. The next day, Mohbad tragically passed away, and Mr. Aloba was suspicious of the events surrounding his son's death. He mentioned the questionable circumstances, including an auxiliary nurse administering an injection and subsequent vomiting, raising doubts about the nurse's qualifications.

Addressing speculations about Mohbad's injuries, Mr. Aloba clarified that the injury was on the hand, not the neck. He shared details about an incident involving a friend and an altercation that potentially caused the injury.

Despite claims of Naira Marley and others assaulting Mohbad, Mr. Aloba explained his attempts to reach out to Naira Marley but faced challenges due to lack of contact. He emphasized that it was difficult to blame Naira Marley for the attack during an album production with Zlatan, as the individuals involved were not directly tied to Naira Marley.

Lastly, Mr. Aloba dismissed claims of his son being involved with drugs and emphasized his belief in God's plan.
